What are the dates of the Olympic Games in 2024?
The Olympic Games will take place from 26 July - 11 August 2024. The Paralympic games will then take place from 28 August to 8 September.
When is the Olympic Games Paris 2024 opening ceremony?
For the first time in the history of the Summer Olympic Games, the ceremony will not take place in a stadium. Instead, the Olympic delegation from each nation will board special boats and float down the river Seine on 26 July 2024, to be seen by an estimated 600,000 people. Some sections of the riverbank will be ticketed, but many areas will allow spectators to watch the opening ceremony for free.

Tickets are currently on sale now for the Paris Olympics, and can be purchased through the official website. Tickets for some sports have already sold out.

The Olympic Games Paris 2024 schedule
