Legendary fitness guru and TV personality Richard Simmons has reportedly died aged 76.
Simmons was found by police in his Los Angeles home 10pm Saturday (local time), according to reports from multiple media outlets including including ABC News TMZ.
US celebrity news outlet People Magazine has also reported that Simmons' longtime publicist, Tom Estey, confirmed his death to them.
Police are reportedly examining whether the 76-year-old had suffered a fall.
Simmons died just two days after celebrating his 76th birthday.
In recent days, he'd been sharing updates about his personal life and health.
"Thank you…I never got so many messages about my birthday in my life! I am sitting here writing emails. Have a most beautiful rest of your Friday. Love," he wrote just yesterday in an x post.
