Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan has labelled a group of vandals as "disgraceful cowards" after her electorate office was targeted overnight.
Police believe two unknown offenders smashed windows and spray painted graffiti outside the office on Mollison Street in Bendigo about 2.15am.
The premier slammed the actions of the vandals today, telling reporters that destruction won't be tolerated.
"This is all done under the cover of darkness which is disgustingly cowardly behaviour," Allan said.
"Yet again we have seen wanton, destructive violence, inflicted on my office. I'm really concerned for my staff."
Allan said the activists left a "calling card" identifying them as the Animal Liberation Front.
"I utterly condemn anyone associated with this organisation," she said.
Victoria Police said investigations into the matter are ongoing.
