Oppenheimer has dominated the main awards at this year's Oscars, taking seven statues and winning in the categories of Best Picture, Best Actor and Best Director.
The film landed its first honour of the night when Robert Downey Jr was recognised in the Best Supporting Actor category, handing the 58-year-old actor a first-ever Oscar in an up-and-down career.
It also picked up Best Cinematography, Editing, Best Score before Cillian Murphy won his first-ever Oscar for Best Actor.
Christopher Nolan then won his first Best Director Oscar having previously been nominated in 2018 for Dunkirk.
And Nolan capped a dream night by leading the cast and crew, alongside fellow producers Emma Thomas and Charles Roven, to the stage to pick up the final award of the night, the Oscar for Best Picture.
Da'Vine Joy Randolph picked up the first award of the night for best Supporting Actress following her portrayal in The Holdovers.
It was also a good night for Poor Things, which won four awards, including Emma Stone in the Best Actress category, having earlier won Costume Design, Production Design and Hair and Makeup.
Barbie picked up its only Oscar in the Best Song category for What Was I Made For by Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell.
Mstyslav Chernov's 20 Days in Mariupol, a harrowing first-person account of the early days of Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, won the best documentary.
