The alleged cheesecake thieves were spotted on CCTV cameras inside the shop by the owner of the Salisbury business at 3.10am, who then alerted police.
Police officers and police dog Chaos went to the scene, where they found the front store window smashed but the shop empty.
Chaos then led the officers to the nearby Salisbury Interchange, where they found two 15-year-old boys.
Two backpacks were found in bushes nearby containing cheesecakes stolen from the John Street business.
The teens from Salisbury North and Eyre were arrested and charged with aggravated serious criminal trespass.
They have been bailed ahead of an expected court appearance at the Elizabeth Youth Court on Friday, August 2.
