At 3.30pm, the Maserati came to a stop in Nerang, after it became stuck on a median strip and officers arrested the two teenagers inside.
The Porsche halted a short time later in Benalla Court at Arundel and two teenage boys were arrested.
Police told 9News the allegedly stolen cars had been driven at high speed.
"They've driven extremely high speeds up the M1 to Logan and back, and up and down a few times, so all four offenders are juveniles," a police spokesman said.
The four teenagers have been charged with various property and dangerous driving offences.
One boy was charged with possessing a dangerous drug.
They are all scheduled to appear at the Southport Children's Court today.
